- Our CLEANTUFF films have specially designed resin blend for added strength and higher elasticity. They display’s the characteristics of a non-mark, non-scratch material and are available in custom colours. This applies to LDPE and HDPE materials We stock a wide range of standard size bags and materials, however, we can work exactly to your specific requirements producingcustom-made bags, single wound sheeting, centrefold and tubing of varying sizes and thicknesses.
- Nylon materials used for clean and ultraclean applications is a strong and durableunplasticized, FDA-approved, food-grade clear film.It isideal for challenges where toughness, cleanliness and maximum resistance to abrasion is required. These products have good heat stability with excellent gas and oxygen barrier properties and are grease and oil resistant. Nylon is a hydrophilic material where moisture acts as the plasticizer. The higher the moisture content of the film, the more flexible and malleable it behaves. It offers the lowest levels of particulate counts of any clean film and in addition, it is very low in ionic contamination and non-volatile residue.

ULO® Poly is extruded from resin that is free of all additives helping to enhance its low contamination performance and excellent handling characteristics. With a higher gas barrier than standard low-density poly, ULO® Poly is an excellent choice for vacuum packaging applications where ease of sealing coupled with low outgassing, low ionics, durability and gas barrier are vital.
